The International Federation of Takaful and Islamic Insurance Companies is arranging to hold "Khartoum Takaful Forum", on the 12th -and 13th of March 2018.

This event will be held with the collaboration of General Arab Insurance Federation and The Association of Sudanese Insurance and Reinsurance Companies.

The overwhelming global growth and spread of Takaful and Islamic Banking, the impact of the new technological innovations, and the attractiveness of investment of takaful necessitated this gathering in Khartoum being the base from wich takaful originally started in 1979 by the establishment of the Islamic insurance company (Sudan). More than 300 insurance, reinsurance and takaful specialists, scholars and professionals will discuss in depth very important issues including investment opportunities, modules, plans and methods to disseminate takaful awareness.
